IROC fog lamps

Looking for a used/original driver side fog lamp (no cracks in glass) for my 88 IROC. The prices on ebay are nuts... willing to pay $35/40. Until I restore the Camaro and replace with new/repros I want to keep it original and not cut original connector nor install aftermarket, I know you all understand. Looking for some thirdgen help.

Re: IROC fog lamps

Your not going to find a used set for 35-40 bucks used ones go for 150-200. Just the way it is since good used ones are just getting harder to come by. Pony up and buy a new or reproduction set.

..... (no cracks in glass) .....willing to pay $35/40.
If you EVER find someone willing to sell them at that price,..... send me a PM right away. I'll be more than happy to pay more for each and every fog light you're willing to re-sell.

Re: IROC fog lamps

Found some at a price slightly more than I was looking for ($50 bucks each!) but did find a pair! Got lucky I am on a trip right now but will be home in a couple weeks to install them...

Re: IROC fog lamps

I have a set of used but original foglights and brackets. I did sandblast and repaint the brackets, trim rings and the lenses have minor pitting and the whole setup is in great shape. You mentioned you had an interest... selling for $250.00-pair Offer.

Re: IROC fog lamps

Thanks John,
You were right and I did take your advice. As you indicated the market seems to bear more for foglights than I was aware and it just made sense to buy the set from Hawks. I did find a set that was reasonably priced ($50 each) and I turned those around and sold them for a good price locally which paid for the Hawks set. Now I have done a minor recondition of this original set and they do not take up any room in the garage so if you know anyone... Thanks for the guidance.
