1989 Trans AM GTA NO LONGER FOR SALE
1989 PONTIAC TRANS AM GTA ($10,200) (Garland Texas)

Motor built at D and L Performance Wichita Falls, Texas

Hooker Shorty Headers
Mild Cam (.490)
Bored .40 over
All new internals
High Flow oil pump
NGK Plugs and Custom Cut wires
Removed A.I.R. System with new pulley (No smog)
Custom built exhaust from headers back
Single 3 in IN/Single 3 ½ OUT

4th Generation Rear Spoiler
New Leather upholstery throughout
New Carpet/New Headliner/New Door Panels/black interior swap/Embroidered Floor Mats
All new window seals (Sof-seal Kit), new window motors, handles
New GTA badges (5)
6 disc MP3 CD changer
Amp installed with all new speakers, installed by Best Buy.
This car was built with a lot of new parts. There are really too many to list because we replaced just about everything as we went along. I do not have all the receipts; therefore they will not be available to buyer. There was well over $18,000 spent on the car throughout the process. With the low miles since the rebuild, the break in was properly completed very soon after the car was built, there has just not been a lot of time to drive the car. As with most cars that are 20 years old, it is not perfect but it runs and looks great. This is not a drag car or a car that claims to be ridiculously fast. The car is quick and comfortable. There were a lot of hours spent making this car and I am looking for someone that is going to enjoy the car more than me. It deserves more attention than I can give it right now. It has been garage kept since completion. Please send all questions through PM and I will do my best to answer them. Serious individual only please. Thank you for looking.

Beautiful car. Out of my price range, but...I'm also in Pflugerville and would love to have you join our group (AustinThirdGen) for breakfast tomorrow or any other 1st Sunday of the month. We change the location often, so be sure to check our club online for more details.

Beautiful car. I will be doing some travelling in Texas here shortly and would love to come and take a look, if it's still available. Is the price still set at $8500?

Not looking for any trades. Just trying to move it on to someone who will drive it more than we do.

Is there nobody out there interested in my car? I really need to let it go.

I would love to, but I am currently deployed with the military. Will be back in April. If it's still available, you'd have yourself a sale.

Re: 1989 Trans AM GTA
No true numbers on the horsepower. I need to but I just dont have the time for the car. The motor has been fully rebuilt, bored .40 over and all new internals.

Re: 1989 Trans AM GTA
I am pulling this car off the market. Moderator, if you would please delete the thread. I am just not comfortable letting the car go as such a low price with all the work and time.
