..............yep that what I said. Just found it pretty amusing. I emailed for the supposed "documentation" that states that it is number 17 of 50...I guess we will see what he comes back with.
And it is only $60K...
Thought you guys needed something new to talk about...

That is the most egregious ad I've seen for a Camaro so far. It will be interesting to see what documentation the seller produces. It is news to me that you tell it's a 1le by the vin number alone.
Even if it was real, and was in mint condition, it still wouldn't be worth 60k. IMO

This may be a another case of GM making a SECRET 1LE car just like that 1982 Secret Firebird Formula someone Posted elsewere.
They are so Secret and Rare that they only exist in the minds of the owner. Just a case of BS and not even worth writing about so let it R.I.P.

Don't you guys recognize this? It's a case of "Features From the Future"!!!
You see, what happens is, the space aliens get bored with doing nothing but producing crop circles and stuff like that all the time; so, just for kicks, late at night they visit a car assembly plant, and sprinkle around some of their magic fairy dust, and one car on the production line, just one, out of nowhere just mystically asquires a feature that other cars won't have until some later production year. And somehow, amazingly, the factory QC team at the end of the line never notices that there's something on this one car that doesn't exist anywhere else on the production line. And then, the most amazing thing of all happens: the fairy dust causes this car to show up on ebay!!! I don't completely understand that part of the process myself, but that's evidently how it works; it always leads to ebay in the end.
It's too bad there's people like that in the world, trying to take advantage of the uninformed.

I know it's an old topic, but the guy finally emailed me back! He first started off by saying he just posted that to see how many people would fall for it, then said that it is extremely rare and that I didn't know what I was talking about.
Oh well, can't win 'em all
