emission label decal

Does anyone know where I can find an emission label decal for my 83 LG4 Electronic Q-jet Trans Am. The GM dealership said it is discontinued and can not get it. Classic Industries seems to have a decal for every 305 except 1983. Ames Performance doesn't have 'em either. Either does NextGen. The information IS different year to year and I really, really need the curb idle, fast idle info, along with the instructions as to which hoses to disconnect/plug while performing adjustments as I just rebuilt the Q-jet. Oh yeah, the official GM shop manual for 1983 also says to refer to the emission label. Anybody, Anybody at all know where I can find this label, or if one of you fellow thirdgenners can scan/send me a picture of theirs I would be eternally grateful.
Thanks.

YIKES.....! Can somebody help this guy out....? He's already been shot down by all the places I'd have told him to go....

Well, try this one...... GM Restoration Parts. Maybe you will have some luck there. I've ordered labels from them before.....

It's worth a shot.

Try Jim Osborn Reproductions. They may have the label/decal that you are looking for. It might be advised to have the GM part number as printed on the original label/decal if you have it.

Thanks they may help, but they don't have it for and 83 TA, but they do have it for an 83 Z28 Automatic Transmission HI/LO ALT decal. Now were all 83 Z28 5.0? Were they all carbed? Finally what does HI/LO AlT refer to?
Thanks again

Yes

Were they all carbed?
No, some were CFI (VIN code H = LG4 and G = L69 are carb'ed)

Finally what does HI/LO ALT refer to?
