It's definitely an LG4 if it's carb'ed. It's not that bad and probably not much worse off than the LB9 of that year which got the peanut cam. You can basically do a L69 conversion and get it up to stock L98 performance figures. Looks real clean, good color combo and it has factory T-tops. Just check it over real good and then buy it!

Re: thinking bout buying this z28
I'd buy it. After checking for rust & all the issues it may have. Start it up drive it for a while, early Z28s are rare since most people want the Iroc more. if it were an m5 it would appeal more in original status. But If you plan to modify it you can a carbureted engine to make 5.7 TPI power easier/cheaper than having to deal with fuel injection & computer tunes

Looks like a really good deal to me. The headlight buckets dont look black in that pic to me though, so I'm sure it's had some paintwork done at one point.

I would be intrested in looking at that car too. It looks like its in decent shape and may be worth taking a look at it. Its a Z28 and it would be very easy to hop up that 305 or leave it stock if you want. It would also be easy to install a 350 or larger small block in that car.
