I have a 84 z28 t-top without power windows and locks also with out ac and is a 5 speed car. I wa wondering how many were made like that

Not all that many. Most people who were willing to pay for the Z28 option, were also willing to pay for some of those others.

True, but 84 was the highest production year for 3rd gens so who really knows. Who cares who rare it is, just enjoy it.

From what I understand, GM never kept track of production numbers based on option combinations. Im afraid there is no straight answer for that.

It might not be as rare as you think. The 80's wasn't too from the 70's where it was common to order and strip down a car to get into it reasonably...and folks still thought why junk it up if you don't need it. Those options were considered luxuries back then that many of the muscle car generation didn't want or need. AC was pricey then...eliminating those items probably ofset the cost of the T-Tops, which was your only American choice if you wanted a convertible back then.

I'd take care of it though, because I'll bet it's rare now. Cars without options were either kids (who beat them) or adults who thoroughly enjoyed driving them hard! ENJOY IT!
