Well, I just received a very nice copy of the owner's manual
from a book retailer I found that does business on Ebay. I did
not buy the book on Ebay, though, I contacted the seller directly
and placed an order. The book is very nice, comparable to the
original.
I would still like to find a PDF of it though.

Scan it in yourself if you want to have a pdf of it... I have to ask why do you want a pdf for anyways if you have a physical copy?

I don't have a particular reason. I have seen other manuals out there in PDF form.

One thing I have learned over the years... if you want it bad enough, do it yourself... It takes time to scan it all in, but if that is what you want, then do it. Keep in mind that I belive that the books are copyrighted, so it may not be legal...
