Part of me wants to say that the manual is complete, and they just decided that third-gen guys were smart enough not to need the pictures. The other part of me realizes that some of the guys on this forum are probably coloring with crayons while wearing a helmet. If someone finds the second half of this manual, let me know! LOL

For the most part You can use this half without the other half, but there is a little more guesswork with it. The Illustrations help determining what part is what.
Years ago I was able to procure a paper version of the books for $20, new sealed. I use them often. There are mistakes, for example, if you scroll down in the beginning there are options for the S/E and Trans Am, in the 86 Trans Am they state the 16" PW7 wheels as 15"... Little stuff. Look at page 32.

Re: The parts Book Holy Grail
Excellent! Thank you! I just picked up a copy of the Camaro P&I Catalog, now I don't need to track down the Pontiac version.
If you speak GM you can probably work it out, but even though I've done more than my fair share of reading GM descriptions for parts, I'm still not sure what makes an ESCUTCHEON different from a PLATE or a NUT different from a RETAINER. It is it's own language.
They don't sell for $20 anymore, unless the seller doesn't know what he's got. I should have bought a copy back when they were $30 each, but money was tight. Somewhat shocking that both the Camaro and Firebird P&I catalogs haven't been scanned and available online for years.

So, when going to the link, there are 3 icons. I've briefly looked at each, but question if all 3 are different, or if 1 is all inclusive and the other two are two parts of the all inclusive. What are we looking at with each one?

1 of them is the catalog. The other 2 are the parts manual, because I double uploaded the same thing and am to lazy (or just don't care) to fix it.

Re: The parts Book Holy Grail
Whoa, hold up Chief. This is a PONTIAC parts catalog. According to your signature, you own everything EXCEPT a Pontiac. I'm afraid I'm gonna have to see your VIN and RPO codes if you want to gain admittance.
I'm j/k of course. There are some parts that crossover, obviously. What's really fun is when you're looking for nut and bolt part numbers, and they change depending on what year you look up, then when you crosscheck the Camaro vs the Firebird listings for the same year they sometimes disagree. Then there are the parts that are pictured in the OEM form, and the part number is a generic replacement. Good stuff, but watch for the pitfalls.
