1984 HO Z28 52K miles
Getting past the cheesy stickers and wrong center caps, what do we think it's worth? Too bad it's not a stick. I’d be around 7-ish on this car.

Re: 1984 HO Z28 52K miles
Id have to get rid of the stripes and wrong decals, then I would really be wanting a 5spd so..id only pay around 4k for this one max.

If The Owner Hadn't Added The Black Hood And Rear Deck Stripes,The IROC-Z Decals,The Wrong Wheel Center Caps And The Straight Chrome Tailpipes He Would Get A Much Better Price For It. Other Than That It Looks Like A Decent Car.

It actually looks like a super clean car. I could have it looking like a million bucks in about 1 day. Super easy to put it back to original appearance

It looks like a solid car I agree. But having to probably repaint would be pushing the envelope for me, it would take a full repaint most probably. If it were a stick Id likely pay $5500 and be glad to do the work but its not

I dont see why it would require a full repaint...

Matching that old single stage may be tough after you pull all those decals and the stripes being painted and all I bet it would make me just want to go ahead and repaint.

Re: 1984 HO Z28 52K miles
I wouldn't be afraid to match the hood and hatch and buff the rest....but that's what I do for a living.
But whoever put the stripes on and decals in the first place needs a CAT SCAN...there's definately damage up there lol

I'm guessing this fellow has a lot of friends willing to bid. Almost $14K so far.

Thats because it’s the extremely rare, 1 of 1, 1984 IROC with a 350!! You better get in on the bidding before it’s too late!
I forgot to mention that it was built for a GM executive and the story is 100% true! 😳😜🤓

Looks like the same two guys bidding again. I guess they are taking it a little slower this time.

Re: 1984 HO Z28 52K miles
Really needs to get the IROC stickers off to improve the appearance. Stripes can stay. But anyone looking for a thirdgen Z28 knows better and doesn't want to drive around looking like a tool.
