Hey guys

Since a long time I am looking for an white 1988 oder 1989 Pontiac Trans Am GTA 350 TPI as hardtop car in excellent condition. It's really hard to find a good car with low miles and in stock condition.

- How many cars were produced in white for these two years?
- I think that many cars were painted in flame red or bright red from the factory. Seems that white was relatively a rare color?

Do you have insider tips how to get such a car?

There were lots of white GTA's built. They aren't rare and no real trick to finding one. EBay, Craigslist and classifieds here on Thirdgen are probably your best bet. Random searches on cars.com and sites like that will occasionally bring up something as well. For me it seems that when I am actively looking for a car, I can't find what I want. When I stop looking and am not in a position to buy, I stumble across 10 of them. Just be patient.
