Re: 92 z28 interior

Strange request, I've been trying for years to figure out a way to hook up a rear hatch release on my 1992. I purchased a FSM, checked alldata sheets, etc and GM doesn't document this at all.

I have a switch already but was wondering if you could somehow isolate the wiring from the center console including the relay all the way to the rear hatch plug? The wiring appears to run from the center console under the driver seat to the rocker, then rearward.

If so, it would be great so I can document it prior to installing it in my car so at least we have some sort of reference in the future with these cars getting harder to find intact

Not sure if the motor is still available but that would also be ideal to have to inspect for any differences

Let me know

would love to put it on my technical resource site thirdgens.com

Everything is already torn apart, so i wouldnt be able to help you in that aspect. But I still have the motor so i could take some additional pictures if that would help you out.
