Custom Fiberglass Speaker Door pods (SOLD)
--------------ALL SOLD AND GONE NOW- THANKS-----------------------
Custom Made door pods for 3rd gen Camaro and Firebird with flat door panels and POWER WINDOWS ONLY
Holds multiple speaker combinations up to two 6.5"s and a tweeter, one 6.5" and a 5.25"....or even just a single 6.5"
You'll gain an additional 1.5" of depth over what you already have in the door
Made of strong fiberglass, can be painted after normal surface prep or covered to match interior. You prep and paint these like you would any body panel. Some minor imperfections are to be expected.
Comes with two unfinished fiberglass pods and mdf grille blanks so you can make your grilles.
No mounting hardware included and you will need to fabricate some mounts. On mine I just used extra long screws in the face, it was strong enough to pull the pods tight to the door panels and the screws are hidden by the grills. While they are not difficult to install, you will need basic mechanical experience and tools to do this.
I supplied some finished pics so you can see what the end result can look like
Perfect for people that want to do car audio competitions and need a way to mount door speakers
