No cracks or damage. Wouldn't hurt to further clean

Everything looked/tested fine. Or i wouldn't be asking $100+for it lol
Some more detailed cleaning on the vinyl couldn't hurt ??
FYI, It came off a car with 55K miles on it

So you're new to paypal ??
You need to have a Credit/Debit card attached to your PP account to draw out funds(pay someone), that's if you don't have any funds in your paypal balance
