Tried a search, but didn't find anything for what I was looking for. I found an ad for a dash pad in the classified section for a 83-89 Camaro. I have an 82 Camaro, and the seller is not sure if it will fit the 82. Does anyone know if the dash pad is interchangeable in these models? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many 82-92 parts are interchangeable. If the price is right, and the dash pad is in good condition you might want to pick it up.

 

Yes they are interchangable. I have the pad off an 87 on my 82

 

Visually the speaker grills are different throughout the years. But that's about the only difference between them.

 

Thanks guys...looks like I have a new dash pad. Now all I need to is finish the other list of stuff in the interior.
