steering wheel removal?

steering wheel removal?

ok i know it sounds kind of ***** but i'm looking to put a quick release steering wheel in my 92 camaro rs,but i want to make sure i know how to remove the airbag safely,so my question is,how do you remove a 92 camaro airbag without getting b**h slapped by it? i've never been hit with one and don't want to be so any advice to avoid it would be great,thanks and happy holidays

thanks 85_tribute,that did help a lot,i have one question about that though....in those instructions it says to back the 4 airbag screws off "simultaneously"...do you know what exactly they mean by that?

1/4 turns counter clockwise

Start with Top left-----------then top right
Then bottom left-------Then bottom right

This should help it from binding on itself.
