We made a deal that I would pay $125 for the block, $5 for Paypal and $30 for him to deliver the block to a local friend. My friend actually picked up the block so delivery wasn't necessary. He now refuses to refund because "I did not have it written in the agreement". The $30 was for him to give to his friend for gas. He goes on to tell me that I got a great deal and should be happy with that. I did not set the price. He did. I paid him his money. He needs to return my $30! | |
