The Car Show Trilogy!
Well it was an experience for me and all of the members in my club...but all the indoor car shows are all but over for the year...time to drive 'em now until they go back to sleep, I am done with the "Cars & Babes" threads until next year or if some hottie happens to walk by the car at the cruise events, outdoor shows, meets...etc!
When I did the Canadian International Auto Show in Feb. 13-22 it was just for the club promo and it was cool to drive the car in the SkyDome a.k.a. Rogers Centre...that was a long 10 days but it was nice to meet and greet people from all over Canada & the USA and talk cars.
Performance World Custom Car & Truck Show on March 13-15 was a competition show and I came out with nothing, no prizes, no awards...literally nothing, it was a bit of a disappointment to me but you all know how the judging goes in these types of shows...politics! anyways my competition in that show were cars that weren't clean like mine but they were Auto-X cars...oh well I had a blast and that's all that matters.
Motion Custom Car Show March 27-29 was a good but a tad smaller show than the previous earier this month, alot of beautiful Cars, with a couple of Trucks & Bikes that were there just wrapped up, The club display that I was in got 2nd for best "Display" and we won $500.00 for that where we got 1st for the last 2 years and we were trying for a 3rd straight win this time but you can't win them all.
We had 16 F-Bodies including the Red 2010 SS Camaro and a live Interior build on a Blue 3rd Gen. called "The Project.
Out of the 15 cars 14 got the hardware and our 1979 Z/28 Drag Car with a beautiful Lamborghini Orange paint got 4 of them on it's own...for me I won 1st place in my Class which was 80's Custom overall and to my surprise I didn't think that I would win due to the high level of competition that I was up against.
But the best part for me was I got 2 more signatures on the car...1 from Stacy David from "Gears" the T.V. Show and the other with a pic from John Schneider a.k.a. "Bo Duke" from The Dukes of Hazzard, they were both super nice guy's and very easy to talk to and they loved my car.
I will put up all the links for all the pics from all 3 shows here shortly...some beautiful rides that all of you should see!

That's awesome man. Any more pics? I wouldn't mind seeing the pics of the thirdgen interior build aka the Project.
