1988 Sport Coupe parts car should I save it?

Bought another 88 SC for $600.Had been sitting under a tree and was green with algae. It is a v6 to v8 conversion. The guy had a rusty 88 v8 car so he swapped everything over.I washed it and now Im thinking about fixing it to lol.Im having problems with the shifter right now. What do you guys think save or part out?

I'd save it. Looks like a nice rust free car.

I would save it. Looks pretty straight and solid. If you don't have time and space for it, I'm sure you can find it a good home. The wheels look like the old Progressive 5 stars.

I have a set on a mercury capri. The ones on the camaro dont have the threaded hole for the center cap. They look like the cap snaps in.So I dont think there progressive wheels.

They aren't making more. I'd say save it, if it's as solid as it looks.

I'd save it, and remove the Z badges in the process.

Re: 1988 Sport Coupe parts car should I save it?

Being a 5 speed I absolutely would save it even if it required a decent amount of rust repair provided the conversion was done right. At worst you could probably put the car back together some and a good cleaning later double your money.

Save it. There are a bunch on the road that look a lot worse.
