LoL. Could be. I don't have an Eclipse to use as a donor. Also doesn't seem to have any graphics. And I'm really not a mitsi fan. About to build a 700 AWHP EVO for a customer. I'm still pretty ho-hum about the whole thing. Too much turbo lag from the 2.0
My graphics and signage guy owed me for sorting out a giant mess on his show car. So it only cost me about 6 hours of labor on a weekend. I had already painted it black over the winter in preparation for something along these lines. As a child of the 80's and gamer for as long as I could hold a controller - it works for me. It gets a LOT of attention. Really hard to miss that orange.
Phase II is the dart SHP block and Procharger. With a name like that, it's got to *Actually* be Ruining things. Mostly it's own inadequate drivetrain I suspect.
As I'm installing a 2000 HP (AWD) Dynojet in the shop around October time-frame, I'm hoping to use the Ruiner for.... "calibration" purposes. I'll be disappointed if I don't break 1000 wheel. Anyone in the Portland metro that needs dyno services soon hit me up.

GTA 1 was out when I was in high school and made a huge national news story due to it's violent gameplay.... which of course only made people buy more copies of it.
No lie, I love it. Perhaps try and adapt an 82-84 Z28 spoiler to it like the runner does in GTA
Actually is my plan. The wrap around was in sad shape and one of the arms was rusted through, all the rubber shrunk, etc. And the aftermarket fiberglass units don't seem to fit well either. So I was just going to stick the 82-84 style on.
Also doing the polished lip on the wheels in orange to match the decals. They are the 86 special order (pre GTA) wheels. Going to send them to my wheel restoration guys and have them completely restored but orange lip.
Gta San Andreas came out when I was in second grade and changed my life, gta 4 came out when I was in like 7th grade and I stayed up till the summer playing that one. I knew every inch of gta 4 and San adreas lol. Then gta 5 came out when I was a senior in high school but I didn’t play video games that much anymore so never got too caught up in it
LOL The hard part would be resisting the urge to do something stupid and bail out in favor of stealing another car... It was funny the first time I saw this thread, now it's even better.
The car doesnt do too much for me, but I dont hate it either, and can definitely appreciate the work put into it. Its definitely a funny idea to make a car from that game lol
I’m really excited to see you engine build. I’ve been reading a lot lately on FIRST intake builds and would like to do one myself in the future. Looks like a badass engine that will definitely ruin some peoples day.
You have to understand what I started with - it had three wheels in the junk yard already:
It sat for 11 years. The entire fuel system was shot. Significant wiring problems. Bad ECM. She wasn't ever going to be a show car. I didn't start with a nice black Trans Am. lol.
I wouldnt say its ruined at all! Its cleaned up and on the road again which is a win over the way he got it. Ya, I wouldnt have done what the OP did, nor am I a big fan of it myself, but he had an idea and it looks like it was done very well.
When you say you're working on the spoiler, do you mean you NEED a spoiler? Or it's just still in paint? Because I gots spoilers to get rid of.... There's a centerpiece from I think an 85 Z28 round here somewhere, all 3pcs from a 91 RS in teal, and I've got a couple pedestal style Firebird/Trans Am spoilers...
Thanks Drew! I do have a spoiler from an 82-84 that I need to paint and then I have to weld up the holes in the hatch panel and repaint that also
My focus of late has been the drivetrain - getting my Vortec ready to drop in and making sure the trans in there is ready for the additional power. And setting up the EBL so I'm ready for tuning the Vortec also. I want the transition to be smooth. I am trying to have the Vortec ready about the same time my new chassis dyno is ready. Then I can do a before/after run. See what the little LB9 is putting to the wheels with exhaust and 1.6 rockers.
And of course 10-12 hours of every day spent working on customer cars doesn't help the schedule any.
