Hey everyone is there anybody in mass that can help tune this hsr set up with the ebl flash. I'm located in New Bedford ma and would like to keep some what local I have no problem going somewhat out of state RI, NH, etc is fine. I have a laptop with the ebl flash installed and have the car decently running only problem is I lost power to the iac so I have to keep it disconnected to keep the car running and idling. I do the ve learns and seems like it doesn't do anything plugs are still fouling up and car runs like sh**. If anyone can help please feel free to comment or message thanks in advance
