some minor paint and body work needed, recommendations

My car was rearended. I got new parts and need them painted to match body color. They are dark blue, my car is silver. The bumper cover, hatch, and the rear facing part of the 1/4 panels need to be painted. The aerowing on the hatch has some gouges/scratches in it. Would have to be filled with something. Also have 2 rust holes that need fixing. One is on the passenger rear wheel well. The other on the 1/4 right near where it meets the bumper. Both holes are a little larger than a quarter. Driver door hinge is messed up, the pins are probably worn. I'm not looking for a show quality job, just enough so it looks decent for a couple years.

Anyone know a shop that will help me out and give me a deal? Or anyone in the area interested in doin it themselves? I'm sorta on a tight budget and time constraints. I have my spring break to work in it which is from Feb 27-Mar 6. And I still need to get a starter and front end alighnment. I only got like 800-900 in the bank for it all. I'm also inexpierianced in body work. I dont feel like experimenting. I need the car fast. Its hell without having the car at college with me. I can only come home on weekends and my parents cant come get me. So getting the car fixed and finished by the 6th is very important.

I live in Eastpointe. Right where I696 and I94 meet.

Thanks,

Matt

check out marios on gratiot....also check with auto city collision. it's off of 13 mile just west of groesbeck. first street on the right after the tracks....a few buildings down in the industrial lot. those are the closest off hand that i can think of. tell them what you expect and you might be able to pull something off.

Thanks man. The car is still outta commission, its one thing after another. I guess its better that its happening at home where i got the tools and room to work on it. I'll give them a call.

Thanks,

Matt

also check over at motownmuscle.com a friend name cory who goes by 99ws6ta something or other just had his car in an accident and is getting it fixed for a very reasonable price. find his thread in the pub section and ask him where he went. i know the guy is doing it on the side which is why its so cheap. maybe he can help you.

Thanks a lot!! Tomarrow I gotta put the hatch on. I just got the car starting and running. It felt so good to drive it out of my garage and back into the driveway.
