Hello everyone. As you guys may or may not know I have been working on a car meet. Not so much as a club since there are no real commitments. More of a group.

We meet every 3rd Sunday at Bottom Dollar Food parking lot by the Cherry Hill Mall. Located in Cherry Hill NJ. The meet is just for a good time and to hang out with fellow thirdgen owners and their rides.

We, South Jersey F-Body, have been going strong for a few months and would really like to see some more interest to expand the group even more. Business cards are in the works to spread the word so this group is starting to grow.

Our next meet is this Sunday, October 20, 2013 at 5pm. We are usually out there for a decent amount of time so come out later if you can. Come on out and have a good time. A few members of the group also go out to eat afterwards and it is always guareteed to be a fun time.

Yeah, you can just show up. I currently have a website made up that is under construction for this group. (3rdgencarclub.com) This is in no way a membership type of club. It's all just for fun to get together with alike car owners. Once there is a nice amount of members T-Shirts will be made for those involved.

P.S. Spread the word if you can. Currently there are 9 members. As in 9 thirdgen vehicles. It looks pretty cool with them all lined up. I must say.

Try to do Deptford Area, all those back roads are bad. Long lights in cherry hill made my fan kick on several times ... LOL.

There's going to be an all camaro show (firebirds are welcome too) around the corner from the Bottom Dollar at the Mall Chevrolet dealership on Haddonfield Rd. The date is Sunday, Nov. 3, and the hours are from 9am to 3pm. I'll be there with my 'vert.

Lol! You shouldn't, I dig firebirds too. That's just the way it was written on the south jersey camaro clubs web page. They are the ones putting the show on, I just wanted to pass it on so we can get some third gen representation there : )

Hey guys, I have a few things about the car meet this Sunday. It's saying it is supposed to rain but that's a week away so we'll see how that goes. If the meet is on how do you guys feel about having it at about 3pm instead of 5pm, due to the time change. Also, how about the Deptford location this time? Let me know of any concerns so we can finalize plans for the seasonal ending. Thanks, Jim.

I checked and their seems to be a loose bulb problem,I tapped on the lenses and they came on.Took them apart and they seem to be fine now

It was great to meet the Jersey gang. I meant to post earlier but I have been spending most of my time researching some transmission issues I believe I have. I guess since winter is approaching the meets will stop for now and will start up in early spring. I am looking forward to next spring.

Not a problem, they looks the same. I do hope to find solid information about the cars. I have always worked on other GM vehicles but never an f body. From the time I purchased this T/A, I have learned to drop the rear axel in under one hour. I guess that is what happens when the gasoline tank has to be replaced. Well it was a great experience. I know now that I can tackle mostly anything this old dog throws at me.

Supposed to be 6 degrees this week. Maybe I'll be able to get a few rides in before I put it away for winter...starting to look into suspension and exhaust upgrades. Does anyone have any suggestions? Have been reading through exhaust and suspension threads. If anyone is interested in going for a ride and you live around Monmouth County, shoot me an email. See you all soon. I am prettygetting excited that there will be another active club this spring. By the way do you need any help with www.3rdgencarclu .com? Put me down for one of the first T-shirts printed. Hey Todd, I started doing suspension upgrades that did make a difference, especially when cornering. I did go with Spohn products, and so far I'm liking everything. Front and rear sway bars, rear control arms, trans mount and a wonder bar. All Spohn with urethane bushings. Struts and shocks are Monroe sensa trac, I guess there're ok for the money. New is better then what I had, thats for sure.

I only have this weekend and next. And supposedly this weekend we will be seeing snow. My car is going into the shop on Dec. 21st for some cosmetic repairs...I may have to wait to see you guys until spring. But if you do get together, please post some pics.
