How many coils did you cut out of moroso trick springs.
I recently purchased a set of sbc trick springs. I've cut 1 1/2 coils so far, just want to see what everyone else cut off. I'm pretty light in the front, not sure of exact weight.

i cut too much,...2 1/2 coils. if i could do it over, i would have stopped at 1 1/2.

I dont remember exactly how much I cut off mine. Its been a few years, however, you may want to install and measure the ride height. With the same amount cut from both sides, the car sat 3/4 inch lower on the driver side due to the additional weight of a manual steering box, steering shaft, etc. on the driver side.

I went ahead and cut 2 coils. It's got me 1 1/4" drop. Adjusted my pinion angel as well to -2 degrees. I've watched some videos saying that was the best spot to start. I'm ready to make some passes. I hope my weight transfer is better.
