Power Nation IROC build
What a complete disappointment. Can't help but feel if this was a moostang, they would have put more effort into this build. Something tells me they just wanted to make muhlet jokes.

What really disappointed me was they didn’t even bother with the TPI......Just went the easy boring carb swap route

I really hate those shows. Never real world builds. Always mismatched parts. They're just as bad as magazine articles showing builds. Make it look impressive but to anyone who has actually twisted wrenches to make more power, it's just an entertainment show.

Oh I was yelling at the screen most of the time.
I've accepted that you can't expect the public (including these shows) to deal with TPI anymore, especially now that the aftermarket parts like runners and lowers are no longer made and have shot up in price. Carburetor and even LS people don't want to hear about hand porting, $500 runners and $600 bases that seldom turn up on eBay and result in a 22hp and 400rpm increase even though we do. TPI is almost a lost art.
