anyone know how i could cap off the fuel and nitrous openings on my wet kit tb plate until i can install the lines?

someone told me that because of these two minor openings the engine is affected and it's causing my idle baseline to be around 1100?

i'd like to cap them off if possible rather then having to tear everything apart. any ideas or could that explanation even be possible?

 

how about putting a tube from one to the other (with Jets in there of course).

that would make alot of sense.........sometimes the easiest ideas are the best ones.
