You would be better off with a M112, off of a Lightning..... They can be had pretty cheap. check out the lightning boards. I remember a P&P M112 selling for $300.

For a 305 you would be better off with a m90. The m90 is much easier to mount than the m112. The way the m112 is designed it would be very difficult to mount, not saying it cant be done because but youd have a hard time fitting it under the hood. You can put out anywhere from 3-10 psi with the m90 and if the 305 is stock, that is more than enough.

If you are staying with a stock 305 then Yes "1badrocZ" is correct, the M90 would be a better bet. If you go the M90 route.... get the Gen V M90. Get with " Ed Morad / GTPED@msn.com " he sells very low milage Gen III M90's and Gen V M90's, pretty cheap!

The other side of the issue is “do you really need it?”
This setup has run high 10’s @120mph in a 4 door ford LTD on a 26x9” slick and a worn 302 that makes it’s own smoke screen out the PVC breathers… with light modifications you can get an M90 to move quite a bit of air… I’m considering putting that M90 on the 350 in my truck…

"Why??? They’re basically the same design, one just has a longer main case, the rest of the dimentions are the same."
I always thought the m112 would be hard to mount since the air exits the SC from the bottom, but i guess it could be flipped up side down. It would probably take a bit more work than a m90 but yes it would be very unique. I know i had the hardest time getting that m90 to fit under the hood.

Crud… I forgot to add the picture to my last post that I was talking about, added/edited now…
No, they’re not. They all have inlets and outlets on the same side of the case, inlet on the back, outlet on the side (top, bottom… whatever depending on what direction it’s mounted in). There are slight differences in configurations, especially the inlet on the M112’s but those are just additions to the casting to reposition the inlet flange, you could in theory but whatever is added off and you’d have an inlet on the back of the case to one side of the bearing bosses.

Re: eaton M90 supercharger
i have a 92 pontiac trans am with a 305 5.0L and edlebrock intake manifold, i was wondering what manifold would be required to mount an eaton M90 Supercharger to it. and what modifications would be required to use stock serpintin belt pullys. any advice would help!!!

Re: eaton M90 supercharger
You're likely looking at side mounting it rather than engine mounting it without a custom intake. Go to www.toohighpsi.com he did a twin M90 T-bird that will give you an idea of what I'm talking about.

None exist, break out you8r welder and fab tools. If you have neither, then skip the M90 or any other OEM supercharger

You may want to listen to all the noise they make before install one. If you like loud things then this is the SC for you.
