Is this Chip worth it ?

When I first saw that i thought it was well worth the 49.95 for it i was just wanting to know if it is worth my time the get this chip or spend the extra money and get a Hypertech chip

Well it is a good price but I am not sure about it. I never heard of these people before and don't know if it's a scam. I know the chips do help though because mine did.
