What are the intake runner sizes of aftermarket intakes for TPI?

I am looking at the port CC, like 180cc or 190cc ect. Accel, TPIS, Edlebrock, MiniRam, ect. I know they can be ported out to be larger, but what are the sizes out of the box?

I think you're confusing to different terms. The cylinder head intake port size is measured in cubic centimeters and (of course) is just the volume of the port. Intake manifold ports are measured by their area where it meets the cylinder head, like 1.99" X 1.25". You want the intake manifold port size to be the same as the head's intake port size (height X width). If they don't match up pretty closely, you can port out the intake's openings (aka: gasket matching).
