4160 Holley Street Warrior (0-80457S)

Carb specifics can be found at Jeg's:

After giving the Street Warrior the Holley tune (see the carb sticky), one I'd accomplished on another 4160, I mounted the carb. I made small adjustment(s) to the primary bowl, the idle mixture screws, choke cap and fast idle (I'm experiencing some issues with this latter but I don't believe those are attributable to the carb itself). And? Off the races. The car runs sweetly and smoothly and like a bat out of hell just as it did with the first tune. Should you be interested in that tune, the following link will provide full details:

Out of the box I noted that the choke cap was rich by two register marks which oddly is where I ended up in the tune to date. Take note that there's no choke pull-off (apparently that's built into the choke plate).

Two minor fitment issues cropped up on my application: The Street Warrior's rear brake booster vacuum port interfered with the booster port placed in the manifold for the original carb, so this latter was removed and plugged. The PVC line was also repositioned to one of the front vacuum ports.

While I was at it, I added a Moroso Throttle Return Spring Kit. I recommend fitting this before mounting the carb:

All in all I'm very happy with the Street Warrior.

I think that lack of a choke pull off would irritate me to no end.
Seems like you had good luck with it though. If you had the option to go back and do it again, would you have chose this carb?

Oddly there is nothing in the advertising literature or specs for the carb that mentions the lack of a pull off. Had I looked closely at the choke housing and/or taken note of the choke plate, I certainly would have been wary. But frankly at this late date with the carb in place and performing well, I have no regrets.
