Shopatron/Automotive Express = HORRIBLE
 

I placed an order through koni.com to get a pair of yellows. It turns out shopatron handles their business and automotive express does their distribution. The first problem is that they send me a pair of red shocks and tell me there out of yellows but will still charge me the higher price as if I got yellows. So I decide to return them, I wait 3 days after they have arrived at automotive express ( I know this becuase of my tracking number) I call and they tell me they never got them. After I mention the tracking number he finds them sitting next to him and tells me to call some guy in florida who turns out to be completely unrelated to this ordeal. I call back and this time they tell me I have to wait for the boss to come back from vacation so I wait another week. I finally get to speak to the boss and he tells me that they never entered it into the system that they got the product back in good condition and that I have to call shopatron to get my money and shopatron promptly refunded my money. So Automotive express is horrible and shopatron is fine but they come together and make a bad combo.
