Lon at Top Down Solutions.
 

Ordered a set of SFC from Lon and had them sent to Vegas as I was there for the week. Lon is a stand up guy from the order right through to shipping. We had an issue with USPS which Lon couldn't control and either could I. The difference between him and other companies I've dealt with is usually they just say I've done my part by shipping now you're on your own. Lon was different he followed it right through and even followed up with me to ensure I had known it arrived the day after I left. I managed to get lucky and have a Co worker grab it for me but as I said most vendors ship their product and then whatever happens after that it's on you. Thanks again Lon and when I need something else like that wonder bar you will be my first call.

I had actually forgotten about Top Down until I found his business card in my tool box while moving. My experience with him was awesome as well......time to go look up his website again;)
