I made 2 separate orders from Hawks just recently. One had special instructions to give me the best possible used part, and the other had no instructions because I didn't care.

Hawks pays attention to the details and I appreciate that! They followed my special instructions to the tee and even sent me pictures before shipping to make sure I was happy. To top it off, the package arrived with a large label saying please inspect part and it was packaged out the wazoo to protect it from damage. :thumbsup:

I really appreciate how they read my notes, understood my wants, and delivered on it.

Glad you had a good experience. I can't even order from their website, some bs about not being able to ship to Arizona.

LoL..im in phx, ordered several things through them..currently waiting for one to show up today

Only had one issue. Ordered a decal, got the wrong one, called they said keep it, and they’ll send out a new one. Few months later got an email saying when are you going to send the old decal back? A phone call later and it was cleared up. Very minor, their customer service is top notch, and have ordered from again and again..
