Cleaners, Waxes,Solvents ? ? ? ?

OK Guys, This is supposed to be the section where we get tips on appearance etc. I need some appearance advice.

1. What is the best product to use on a clearcoat paintjob to get it clean.

2. should a Clear Coat paintjob be waxed? If so what is the best wax to use for our cars?

3. What should you use for getting BUGS off the front end of the car.

4. What should you use for removing ROAD Tar thrown up by the wheels...

I am looking for the best detailing tips you can give. I try to keep my car looking good but I want to make sure I am doing it right. Any other tips like the proper way to buff etc would be appreciated.

THANKS!
Speedy

Yes.

Good products to use are Zaino or Formula 113, over the counter Meguiar's Gold Class is good, and Mother's makes a good cleaner wax.

1. Are you talking like mudding or dusty w/ some minor bugs and stuff? If so i'd say BeadX by F113
2. Yes wax your clearcoated cars. I'd recommend F113, i'm byised though probably because i'm a dealer, but before i started my business i did alot of research to figure out what wax i was going to use on my cars and that always came out the best.
3.Water w/ some elbow grease is what i like, alot use a cleaner or something but........ i don't like to do that.
4.try a SMALL amount of WD-40 that usally can remove stuff, bugs too, but like i said earlier i wouldn't use it to often.
