But since they don't have a specific award for 3rd gens, I'm sure I will not win an award because there are going to be sooo many other nice cars. They are only offering
10 trophies for the whole event I think.

wheres everyone meeting before they cruise to the show?

well since i live in livermore(bout 5-10 mins from the car show), there is an In And Out Burger that just got built in town, and, im pretty sure it has a large parking lot. we could meet there i guess. that would be really good for me at least.

that would be perfect cause there is a wal-mart right next to it and there is a HUGE parking lot that is perfect for it. Plus i meet there all the time when i streetrace( its where we meet at www.streetracing.org)

Where is the In and Out located, for the "out-of-towners?", and what day/time is everyone planning to meet?

The In and Out is located in the city of Livermore. It is right off the North Livermore exit of 580 - asoon as you get off the North livermore exit at the botom of the ramp you go right and it is right there to your left( you can see it right when you get off the frewway)if we go there id say we all park in the parking lot right next to it( it actually I think it belongs to Wall-Mart but the store is far away and nobody parks there) The In and Out Burger parking lot isnt that big and if we fill it they will tell us to leave( everybody from streetracing meets there and we used to fill the In adn Out parking lot in no time and theywould call the cops cause ther customers cant park and we were all just loitering and looking at our cars- now most of us park right next to In and Out and walk the 50 feet to In adn Out Burger( it is pretty much the same parking lot, so its not far at all)

Actually if you arent sure how to get there still call In and Out Burger Customer Service at 1-800-786-1000 and they will give you directions.

Or you can go to Yahoo Maps ( or another map website) and punch in your address and theirs and it will give you directions right to it. The In and Out Burger in livermore is located at 1881 North Livermore Ave. in livermore

If you guys decide on a time and day( if we decide to go there) i will go there early and make sure there is plenty of parking and etc. Also I recomend that we meet some what early( id say about 8am or 9am ) so we can all meet, look at our cars, meet etc and still go to the show somwhat early

well i would think that we would have a really good turn out by looking at the topic " Third-Genners in North Bay/South Bay...California " but well have to see- I know about 3 or 4 other thirdgeners from out here that dont post to this board but would be love to go, so if i bring everybody that i know who has a thirdgen and everyone from around here caomes and brings everybody they can with a thirdgen- there would be a lot of thirdgens there

God this sucks not having my car....Its getting the new engine in it right now...damnit...oh well, i think ill be entering it in the november good guys show. well i've been goi9ng to goodguys car shows since i was about 5,(my grandfather has owned a plethora of hot rods and customs). anyway, i believe they go on regardless of weather, however, the turnout inside the show will be small if rain is the case. i'm down no matter what. i missed a previous gathering and i am pumped about this one. i wouldn't pay 12 bucks to go into a show of maybe 300 cars if it's raining. butt i'd love to see fellow thirdgenners rides at in - - out regardless. our cars won't melt guys... plus remember that anything over the dublin grade (livermore, pleasanton, san ramon, tec...) usually stays 10 times clearer than surrounding areas, i say we give it a shot, and if it rains, we just stay at in - n - out for a while and not go to the show. i'm going no matter what!
