FWIW on the spoiler, I'd get a new aftermarket one from Hawk's Motorsports. Had a similar issue with the spoiler on my 91 RS Convertible. The stock spoiler was going to cost more to band-aid fix and probably not look exactly right due to being painted black.

I was happy with the aftermarket replacement.

Probably a good move.. save the original just to have all the original parts.. but enjoy the car looking perfect with the improved part..
