just as the title says......

i am doing my complete undercarriage of the car
and then ripping out the whole interior and doing that
and probably alot of my suspension peices

You should try to match it to the color of the rest of the car. Chassis Black is supposedly stronger and more scratch/chip resistant than the rest. If you wanted to go with all factory colors, you might want to go with light gray for the underbody and that iron gray for the suspension and the rest explains itself.
It basically doesn't matter what you get for the first two (or is it three? They are all the same) coats, but they have a color option available for the second to last one, and you can get one of five colors. It is recommended that you do not put the POR-15 directly onto bare metal-you need to get the Metal Ready stuff and use that first before anything else, as that gives the other coats something to stick to (POR-15 was designed to go RIGHT ONTO and over rust).

Judging from what you plan on doing I assume your thinking of getting the rust prevention paint right?? They have a wack of other metal paints now but the rust prevention stuff is the only paint ive used, besides the high temp stuff.

Personally I would go with the semi gloss black for the underbody.

I forgot to mention that the company offers a product that allows you to use regular automotive paint right over the POR-15 rust prevention stuff, so you can easily match you whole car together.

Last time I bought some por15 I read in the instructions that you can apply any top coat you want as long as you prime the last coat of rust paint while its tacky. If you dont, you have to go and sand it to scruff it up but they never said you had to use their top coat paints.
