Got a Dark Red 3rd Gen? LETS SEE IT!!
 

I'm trying to choose a color for my car, and I don't want it too far off from the factory Flame Red Metallic paint that is on the car now. I know the color has varied over the years, post up pics with paint codes to help me make a decision :)

if you want some variance....try candy (see my cardomain for alot of pics that look flame red metallicish, and some that are brighter or darker as well)....its a fun color to have

looks like sunburnt orange in daylight, i like it alot. :welcome:

My old RS..sorry I don't have a paint code. The shop mixed the paint based on the stock color but with a hint more red.

Kandy paint drives me nuts because I drive my cars daily during the summer. My last '89 RS I painted with HOK Paint. Orion Silver basecoat and Cobalt Kandy midcoat... I need something that can be repaired more easily if i get a chip.
