Ram air hoods?

Nevermind, I found a picture of a Ram Air II from underneath. That one may give me slightly more clearance but not much. Looking at a few pics I found of an original ram air hood I don't think it would give any extra clearance as it looks like there is a small section in the middle that is at the same level as a regular hood.

Does anyone have pics of the underside of a ram air hood? Is it open like a cowl hood under the rams?

After putting my new intake manifold on my car I have very little clearance for an air filter. I have an open air element by Edelbrock right now, and I think I can get by with a 14" x 2" filter, but I wouldn't mind going to a ram air hood at some point if it is open underneath and would give me more clearance.

Would really like to see some pics of how it looks under one.

Being that I found in hawks, I suspect if anyone else sales it I can find it for 100 dollars cheaper or more lol.
