peeling paint
 
I backed into a jimmy tonight
The back up light is broke so I will replace it so that is no problem.
but the paint is chipping on the back bumper how can I fix that Fast and Properly as so that no one finds out?

Truthfully, I know you don't want to hear this, but you need to strip it down and repaint it.

No quick fix. It won't be cheap to fix either. I'd rip the bumper off the car, strip it with plastic/rubber safe paint remover, sand it down to the bare plastic, prime and repaint it. Don't forget to use the flex additive, it works wonders.

Sure am glad you don't live around me my car had a hit and run this summer very aggravating. Plastic bupmer spiderwebbed clear coat sure wish I found out who did it.
