optimum paint/primer

Hello everyone.

Of course the metal rim around my hatch on my 85z is rusted. I saw some very useful information but ,I am having a hard time finding a perfect primer/paint combo.
Was wondering if anyone found a perfect solution?

POR 15 follow directions and after it dries sand it and prime and top coat with what ever you want
