new 1986 Drum brake wheel cylinder rotates, normal
 

1986 Z28 wheel cylinder rotates in the hole a little. Old wheel cylinder had the retaining clip come loose, replacement fits but rotates just a little under hand pressure. Have seen a couple of posts where others have seen this but no comments on if this is normal or not. I can see where this might be no big deal or cause binding in the brake cylinder.
