1988 Camaro with crate350 Georgia 3 Attachment(s) It breaks my heart to sell her but Circumstances dictate. We want to move, and to do so, I need to sell this car. I started restoring it in August of 06. Started off by installnig a newly bought 350 crate motor from our local chevy dealer ship (Actually I bought it for my truck about 4 year ago, but only put about 50,000 miles on it before sticking it in the car). It have the original TBI set up the on stock 350. It runs strong for stock. I installed brandnew Hedman Shorty headers with 2.5" pipes ran all the way back. I recently installed black interior. Looks very good. It was red interior Installed a new Sony CD player w/mp3, new speakers front and back. Brand new tires on stock rims. Tires have less than 800 miles. I just got a tag for her 2 weeks ago. Most miles are from test runs around the neighborhood. I ordered a custom Fiberglass 3" cowl hood from G&T Fiberglass. It hasn't even came in yet. When it dos I'll install it. Just today, I ordered the cooler running temp switch to help it run cooler this summer. I'll install it when it arrives. It also has a sunroof. She's ready for the paint shop. That was next on my agenda. I have over $4500.00 invested in this car. I'll take $3500.00 for it. A sweet running car. I'll post some pics of her when the hood comes in and I get it installed. The car does need painted. . It is ready to to the paint shop. No rust or dents or other body work needs done. the below pics are without the fiberglass 3" cowl hood. |
Re: 1988 Camaro with crate350 Georgia Is the car still for sale? Pics? |
Re: 1988 Camaro with crate350 Georgia 1 Attachment(s) I'll try and take some pics tonight when I get home. It might be dark. If so, I'll take them tomorrow evening. One more inside shot. You'll notice there is no headliner in this picture. I was waiting to paint it before installing the headliner so I could take the sunroof out to paint. I plan on installing the brand new headliner this Saturday afternoon. I also have a detailed list of everthing I bought for the car since getting it. I made a excel spreadsheet so I could keep up with cost. |
