problem after cold start w/ QJET

ok what happens is that after the start the car will be warming up.. and any amount of throttle above 10% will result in the car choking out..

this will happen during driving as well, but after the car is warm (5-10 min of driving) i can do whatever and it is fine

what do i adjust?

Non-CC, right?

Sounds like your 2-stage accelerator pump is only operating in one stage.

yeah, canadian car, so no ccc

what can i do to fix it
?

I am not familiar with the system from personal experience, just from reading. There is a solenoid that gets power from a thermal switch, which I believe is on the thermostat housing. Make sure the solenoid is getting power when cold, and if so, that the solenoid is operating.

Two books I know cover it: HP Books "Rochester Carburetors", and Haynes shop manual "Rochester Carburetors".
