Edelbrock 650 to much carb??

I found an edlebrock 650 on craigslist for 60. Is that to much carb for my 327

It's a 600, but no, not at all. It won't fit directly on a stock intake manifold, though.

I do have a edelbrock manifold. Dare I say that something may work out good for once with my car.

It will bolt up then. Check the geometry of the TV cable and brackets when you install it, you'll need to change a few things to make it right.
