Mallory 140 Fuel pump to holley 750, is a return line needed??

Im confused on the new setup i have. I converted from tpi to carb and ive got a mallory 140 giant pump pushing to a holley 3 port regulator then it goes to the holley 750 double pumper. How do i run a return to the tank. The regulator has a IN and two OUTS on it, does one out goto carb and the other back to the tank?

The TPI had a return line to the tank - just use that line.

I'm not sure exactly how your regulator is marked, but one should be "out to carb" or "out to engine" (the regulated pressure) and the other "out to tank" or "return".
