BAD Seller 1991sleeper
 

1991sleeper aka Nathan Agness is a Bad seller

I bought a set of founders strut mount and after three weeks of excuses he had not sent them. I asked for my money back. Needless to say I had to resort to a Paypal dispute and Paypal had to force a refund. I would not deal with this person and think he should be band from the site as there are other people on the board with the same issue.

Dont worry, I didnt get them either.

Did paypal actually refund you? My dispute is still pending his response... gotta let the timer kick down. :rolleyes:

I had to wait for the time to be up for his reply for Paypal to refund my money.

This is why I feel it's important to do feedback on sellers and buyers. Kinda makes it hard for an honest new seller though.

New sellers should be willing to ship first if the buyer has good feedback.

Nah, that's not how it works. You'd get scammers on both sides :D

I opened a PayPal case on him today, as well.
Either you have the time to part a car and ship parts out or you don't.
If you don't, you don't offer!
There's no excuse for not shipping out a tiny box with three parts over about a month's time!

So that's that.
He's got 20 days to reply to PayPal now.

Make sure you give him a negative itrader rating. It doesnt take long and he deserves it.
