I just need to tuck the modules now!

Yeah :( my poor Bird...

I meant my sub-frame connectors, the Passenger Side Front seems a bit off as it doesn’t align properly.

I don’t think so... Next time it’s on the rack I’ll take some pictures. It was a legitimate SMOG inspection. If you’re in need of an illegal SMOG send me a PM.

I’m not sure about the Duralast Max Semi-Metallic Brake Pads (DGC154MSD). I changed them back in Nov. 2018, Post #61 and the low pad wear indicators became audible this past week

Front Caliper Bolts $8.74

Yeah, I have “Peraonalized Plates” so the money I pay to renew my Special Interest License Plate goes to the program or charitable cause that each specialized plate supports. I have Environmental Plates, so the Fee is $43.00 for renewal. See Post # 14 for Original Special License Plate Fee.

Hmmm, I’ve never experienced “Second Failure Mode” but “First Failure Mode” is unavoidable due to the aging of the headlight components. Does this mean the other black convertible top with a glass window you referenced a while back is available, or is that a different top ?

I’m quite pleased with the Yokohama AVID Ascend GT front tires from Post #76. Unfortunately the AVID Ascend GT is not available in a 275 width. Opted instead for the Yokohama ADVAN Sport A/S.

Attending RADWood SoCal 2019

I didn't attend last year for 2018 and I was bummed out :(

I'd like to:

Replace the Hood
Replace Sun Visors
Replace the Carpet and buy some Floor Mats.
Wash, Clay & Polish (SCHEDULED)
Replace Rear Brake Shoes & Drums

With the 2019 Holiday's around the corner it might be tough to budget since I'm probably looking at + $500

Didn’t make it out to RADWood SoCal 2019 in 91 Bird due to the rain forecast. The venue was muddy which was kind of bummer but I had a good time. :)

Re: 1991 Bird

I haven’t been driving 91 Bird these past few months due to the Winter season. It’s the first time since taking ownership back 2017 that 91 Bird hasn’t been my daily driver

I found a bottle of brake fluid under the kitchen sink and decided to perform a brake fluid exchange. I cleaned the brake fluid reservoir with some acetone & cotton balls since it was completely covered in gunk. The brake fluid was brown and in dire need of replacement. I’m a little bummed that I somehow failed to service the brake fluid for so long

Bought this Firebird Emblem on eBay for $20.00 to spruce up my engine bay.

I haven’t got around to installing the carpet I purchased last year because when I pulled the old carpet I noticed some areas in the floorboards that need attention.

With Spring around the corner I hope to have more updates soon...

I have the UMI Strut Tower Plates installed but the actual Strut Tower Bar isn't installed due to interference with the Throttle Body; it's a V-6.

Re: 1991 Bird

Shoulda got a edelbrock STB or maybe you need a spacer under the ST plates.

Yeah, I made a Throttle Body Spacer but never installed it due to the TV & Throttle Cables requiring adjustment.

Yeah, I made a Throttle Body Spacer but never installed it since doing so would require the TV & Throttle Cables to be adjusted.

No, old jute padding but the replacement carpet has jute padding. I’m hoping to be able to use the old & new padding together as that roll of reflective jute padding won’t be used...

No, Mass Backing was not an available option. Have you done the carpet on your vehicles?

No, but if i do. I think ill go with that mass backing. That's basically what the OE carpet has.
