Syburban dual fan

OK,
I was looking at two fans from felxalite:

Black Magic universal 400-150 (pg 196 in jegs): 189.99
15 inch and comes with a shroud with a rubber sealer. 2800 CFMs and 13.9 amps

Dual fans for full size truck 400-280 (same page): 389.99
dual 15 inch fans at 5,500 CFMs...28 amp draw.
Shroud will require minor cutting (7/8 of an inch) if any.

I have a brand new 80 amp alternator, so will it push snough juice for the dual fan.

My buddy told me that with ther dual fan my car would move just with the fan turned on :D But I am thinking that will cool my baby really good.

any comments? I am on a tight budget. I just want to get the cooling fixed before I sell it in a month. I changed the stat and water pump and radiator...so i know its an airflow issue. I intend to get the air dam replaced...its banged up as hell.

the car stays at 190 all day at idle with my single 1800 CFM fan, but when I am on the highway it gets hot. (yeah air dam)
