Radiator issue with a 2004 GTO Ls1 ok its leaking coolant from the trans line plug which i dont need cuz its a 6 speed what do u do to fix that i took the plug out and put tethlon tape on the thread and it now leaks more soo wtf lol and i dont mean anything by talkin about a V body on a F body forum lol i own a 92 firebird formula lol soo im not a traitor to the forum lol Go pontiac lol soo any1 have any ideas on what to do like is that a manufacture mess up and by the way its a brand new radiator soo yea i need some ideas on 2 get this gto to stop leaking coolant without buying another radiator |
Re: Radiator issue with a 2004 GTO Ls1 try an epoxy or jbweld it up. EDIT: It shouldnt be leaking coolant from a trans plug. Coolant isn't inside there. If it was your transmission fluid (in an auto) would be mixed with coolant. IBTL |

IBTL nvm lol it was verified that the dealer i got it from put the wrong radiator in it and it was defective from the manufacture soo yea that sucks lol aint no thang lol |
