corvette ecm interchangeable with iroc ecm?

hello

Could i put and 1989 Iroc 350 tpi auto ecm and prom in a 1989 350 tpi auto corvette? Are they interchangeable?

The ECMs are interchangeable, but the PROM (MEMCAL) is not.

and i understand that all 165 ecms will work just not the prom? 1986 1987 1988 1989?

Yes, a '165 is a '165. They also came in some trucks if you need another source.
